Members have access to a range of shared spaces and resources, including:
If you would like to meet with a staff member for support, guidance or to talk through something, you can book a time through reception.
Our team will ensure you are connected with the right person based on what you are looking for.
Peer support is at the heart of Centre 401.
Our Centre provides a welcoming, informal space where people with shared experiences can connect, spend time together and support one another. Whether it is having a coffee, a conversation or simply being around others, this space allows people to feel a sense of belonging within a like-minded community.
Once you are a member of Centre 401, you can access the range of support we offer, including Intentional Peer Support.
IPS is a way of relating that focuses on connection, mutuality and shared learning. You may be matched with an intentional peer support worker who will walk alongside you as you explore challenges, develop goals and build understanding in a way that reflects your own experiences.
This approach supports people to reduce distress, strengthen wellbeing and move forward in ways that feel meaningful to them.
Members are encouraged to get involved in workshops, groups, events and initiatives across the Centre.
These spaces provide opportunities to connect, share ideas and contribute to the Centre community. Through shared experience, people can learn from one another, build confidence and have a voice in shaping the environment around them.
